This project was a great opportunity to work with Ashiana – a reputable charity in Sheffield that specialises in working with with BAMER adults, children and young adults. We were brought in to conduct marketing research and most crucially to conduct a Value Proposition Canvas, the results and insights of which would feed into the re-branding process done by our friends at Ginger Fox Studio.
A VPC exercise can be a great tool for any business and can help answer questions like – who are your key customers, what problems do these customers face or what issues are they trying to resolve, and how your products can create value to these potential customers.
